Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original individual packaging to prevent scratching during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
